I will say they are the best service. The machine works good.Still a great value and remember you will adjust to the smell. My advice is let the default sprays. Run for a few days to establish a base. I have 4 big dogs and live in SoFlo so this is truly an awesome device, I have bought one as a house warming gift for a friend after I bought mine
