Exchange and Return Policy – Kevinleo
1. Returns
Kevinleo offers a 30-day return policy, counted from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Be unused, with no signs of wear, and with all original tags intact;
Be in its original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition;
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

After reviewing and approving your request, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your product.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
Products purchased on sale;
Gift cards.
4. Fragrance Exchanges
We accept fragrance exchanges as long as the product:
Has not been opened;
Remains completely sealed in its original packaging.
A US$ 9.90 fee per item will be charged to cover logistics and restocking costs. This fee must be paid at the time of the exchange request.

Exchanges will only be processed after prior confirmation from our customer service team.
5. Diffuser Exchanges
Diffuser exchanges will only be accepted in the case of manufacturer defects.
The customer must contact our support team at sale@kevinleoscent.com providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Items damaged due to misuse, falls, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.
If the exchange is approved after technical evaluation, a US$ 24.90 fee will apply to cover restocking, handling, and shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
