Great scent machine! It works in our 1700 sq Ft retail space that also has 23 ft high ceilings. We purchased another one for our other 1200 sq Ft retail space and we get non stop compliments in both places! We contacted customer service to help us through the app process and they were so helpful. Very quick response, and very patient. The app works just fine and it helps program the machine.

The product is very good and looks nice and modern. I had problems connecting the internet but I contacted the manufacturers and they helped me fix it. My phone couldn't make the connection and I tried it from another phone and it works perfectly. They even helped me make the recommended set for my house.
